DESCRIPTION:Time to clean out those attics\, basements\, closets\, garages\, patios\,  barns\, and sheds and participate in the annual  Wilmore Hometown Yard Sale\, Saturday\, June 15th\, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.  Sales will be located throughout the city\,  and  sellers can register their location by emailing jwoolums@wilmore.org. No fee but info must be received by noon on Thursday prior to sale date for promotion. Unsold items may be donated to the Wilmore-High Bridge Community Service Center that afternoon until 3 p.m..  Please note the following when donating: they accept gently used items in clean\, good condition\, all the parts and working (please remove all price tags used during yard sale\, saves time for our volunteers); NO mattresses\, car seats\, ceiling fans\, computers\, printers\, old televisions\, small pieces (choking hazard)\, anything dirty and does not work. \nAll sale signs should be removed by end of the sale day please.

DESCRIPTION:Mark your calendars for Saturday\, April 27rd\, for the 9th annual Wilmore Coaster Car Derby on E. Main St. This fun event will entertain the entire family! In addition to watching the kids race side by side down E. Main. There will be a display of “Unique and Antique” vehicles to inspect between races\, along with all the shops being open\, and a food truck or two. The event is free to attend and to participate in provided the kids meet the testing qualifications and that there are enough available cars.
