D.A.R.E.

Officer Kyle Toms serves as the School Resource Officer at Wilmore Elementary School, where he is dedicated to fostering a safe, supportive, and educational environment for all students. Each year, Officer Toms implements the D.A.R.E. program for all fifth-grade students, providing instruction on decision-making, personal responsibility, and substance abuse prevention.

With a sincere commitment to the well-being of children, Officer Toms believes that knowledge is the key to prevention. His passion for education and community engagement is evident in his daily interactions with students and staff. Beyond his work within the school, Officer Toms also serves as the Vice President of the Kentucky D.A.R.E. Program, where he contributes to advancing youth education and prevention initiatives across the Commonwealth.
