Goodbye Postcards — Hello, New Utility Bills! A new look is coming to your Wilmore Utility Bill!

Beginning in November 2026, your monthly utility bill will arrive in a standard mailing envelope featuring the City of Wilmore logo and return address instead of the postcard format you are accustomed to receiving.
This change is part of the City’s transition to new utility billing software. Our City Hall staff has been working diligently behind the scenes to make this transition as smooth as possible for our customers.

We appreciate your patience as we make this exciting improvement to our billing system. Watch your mailbox in November for the new look.
